ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order, you will receive
confirmation that your order was placed. Your order will be shipped in 2-3 business
days after receipt, except for custom or special order items.
OUR FREE SHIPPING POLICY: We will pay the shipping on orders over $35.00 to the
continental 48 United States. We charge $7.00 on orders under $35.00. EXCEPTION -
Books ship free on and over $25.00, $5.00 shipping under $25.00, and NO packaging
fee. Shipping costs outside the USA including Alaska & Hawaii, based on amount
ordered:

$200.00 - $299.99 $42.00
$300.00 - $48.00
Most items will be shipped by U.S. Mail or United Parcel Service. We may elect to
ship by another carrier and will notify you if that is the case. All orders shipped
to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail
International.
SALES TAX: We pay the Virginia sales tax. No sales tax for all other states.
OUR RETURN POLICY: We are certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We
take extra care to fully describe our items. If in the rare event you are not satisfied,
for any reason, you can return the merchandise within SIX MONTHS of the shipping
date in unused condition, unexposed to smoke and in the original packaging for a
refund. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) obtained by email is required. After
you receive your RAN, write this number on the outside of the package beside your
name. Items returned without a RAN will be charged an additional 20%. There is a
25% restocking charge, to help offset the free shipping cost, if we receive the
return within 30 days of the order date. 35% restocking fee on returns received after
30 days. Restocking charge does not apply to exchanges. In some other cases we
will wave this charge. Please ship back to us only by UPS or FedEx. Items returned
to us by US Postal Service will be refused. Send the return to us at Lawson
Sheepskins, 11114 Lawson Lane, Culpeper VA 22701. Include your name, address
and if you want a refund or to exchange and for what. Custom made items are
returnable only for quality issues.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent
damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged,
please get contact with us and we will tell you how to return it to us.
